Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements
Maintain and reconcile complex accounts, ensuring accuracy in ledger entries and subsidiary ledgers
Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; assist in year-end closing, audit preparation, and developing internal controls
Perform specialized tasks such as grant management, cost accounting, forecasting, and budget oversight
Guide, review, and train lower-level accountants (Accountant I/II) or support staff
Evaluate and improve accounting procedures and systems
Qualification
Required
