They are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO by managing priorities, coordinating business operations, and ensuring effective internal communication.

Responsibilities

Act as a gatekeeper: triage requests, manage trade-offs, and protect focus
Prepare the CEO for meetings with briefs, context, and follow-ups
Track action items and ensure closure across internal and external threads
Build and help run business operating systems
Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, and senior stakeholder meetings
Support preparation of board packs, investor materials, and key presentations
Help organise offsites, partner meetings, and key company events
Liaise with leadership, legal, compliance, banking partners, and customers
Follow up on cross-functional actions (product, ops, compliance, finance)
Keep light operational systems tidy (Notion, Google Docs, trackers, etc.)
Support special projects directly for the CEO as needed
Anticipate problems before they arise and surface solutions early

Required

2+ years experience
