Responsibilities
Answers and directs calls, greets visitors, manages email and mail
Manages director's calendar, schedules appointments, arranges travel, and assists with office organization and daily workflow
Maintain and prepare documents, manages databases and sensitive information
Assists with logistics for events, workshops & trainings
Utilizes FIU's internal systems (Panther Soft, etc.) for various tasks, including HR processes or facilities management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Experience with project management
