Responsibilities
Solve problems with structured/unstructured quantitative data and derive actionable insights for improving Sales Support performance
Develop reporting to assess Sales Support resource teams’ performance against key objectives
Deliver comprehensive analytics (reports, analytics, and presentations) to diagnose issues, identify risks, and lead conversations that inform and shape decision-making
Partner with key Gartner business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across many different GSSO functions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data validation, documentation, and governance
Identify opportunities for process, data, and reporting improvements increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably working in business analytics and/or sales operations
Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities across the organization
Strong understanding of PowerBI and its capabilities
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects at once
Experience working with senior and executive leadership
