Responsibilities
Generating 50 opportunities weekly and closing them
Working from home on Mondays and Fridays, strictly through CRM
Hunting 50+ leads and nurturing all open deals each day
Visiting 15+ companies each day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Targeting 50 property management companies that manage condos weekly
Qualification
Required
4-year Bachelor's
3 years in HOA/Condo or engineering-type industries
3 years of B2B territory sales
Elite work ethic, drive, and discipline
Senior-level polish and execution
Superb (adapt)ability to thrive with clients, management and under pressure
Executive-level communication and public speaking
Outside-the-box analytics; creative problem-solving
3 years with a CRM; Google Docs, Sheets & platform 100% fluency
A valid driver's license and a car
