Responsibilities
Developing a forecast and spare parts strategy for MSP and Amazon Robotics
Planning material requirements, managing inventory levels, managing schedules in our ERP system, and successfully communicating these requirements to cross functional teams
Identifying supply chain material risks and providing transparent monitoring of material flow
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading a cross-functional group to execute improvements
Working collaboratively with Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Field teams to communicate supply chain risks and mitigation strategies
Build metrics and reports using SQL/Quicksight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
3+ years of experience in supply planning, procurement, demand planning, or related supply chain management role
Experience with ERP Systems, preferably Oracle EBS
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences
