Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of government initiatives
Work with key stakeholders to drive the mission
Help with tactical planning using resources and regular interactions with stakeholders
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Provide mission-enabling customer service and direct support to organizations
Track suspense action items using the Suspense Tracking System
Coordinate, develop, and oversee presentations, responses, and briefings for internal and external meetings
Manage internal and external scheduling and taskings for the product office
Qualification
Required
Experience with executive support, including providing mission-enabling customer service and direct support to organizations
Experience with stakeholder engagements, briefings, and meetings
Knowledge of SharePoint and basic knowledge management principles
Ability to track suspense action items using the Suspense Tracking System
Ability to coordinate, develop, and oversee presentations, responses, and briefings for internal and external meetings
Ability to manage internal and external scheduling and taskings for the product office
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience in scheduling and executing staff meetings, working groups, special events, and ceremonies
Experience in maintaining the status of test events and scheduled events
Knowledge of the military decision-making process
