Responsibilities
Manage personal and commercial lines accounts from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Handle underwriting business and ensure accuracy in all processes
Cross-sell and occasionally write new business
Quote new and renewal business using relevant software tools
Collaborate with a team of seasoned Customer Service Representatives to meet client needs
Qualification
Required
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Customer service experience is essential
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience preferred
Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred but not required
Experience with PL Rater for Personal Lines rating is a plus
