Responsibilities

Define and align product vision with business goals, and develop the product roadmap to achieve the product vision and business results
Collaborate with global Finance, Accounting and Tax partners and product managers to identify detail product requirements and work closely with engineering to manage feature release schedules, risks, and trade-offs
Influence techs design in partnership with engineering teams in Leo and in Amazon to make sure technology choices are aligned to our needs, and ensure product re-usability and avoid redundancies
Develop testing and communicate plans for feature releases

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
