Program and Project Management Specialist, Lead
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program and Project Management Specialist, Lead to support critical Navy acquisition programs. The role involves implementing and maintaining organizational programs, working with stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting, and ensuring effective communication to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities
Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of critical Navy acquisition programs
Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Tableau, and Power BI
Interact regularly with senior Navy acquisition program managers, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts
Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
Influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy
Ensure our Navy acquisition customer accomplishes its program goals within budget
Qualification
Required
Experience with DoD acquisition programs, policies, and regulations
Experience providing direct support to the US Government PAPMs and APMs
Knowledge of DoD 5000, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and Pathways
Ability to manage and oversee multiple workstreams across an acquisition portfolio
Ability to independently lead and manage teams responsible for client delivery
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with Naval Sea Systems Command programs
Knowledge of LCS Mission Modules
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
Project or Program Management Certification, such as DAWIA, FAC-C, or PMP Certification
