Deputy Director of Health Systems Finance
The State of Vermont Dept Health is seeking a Deputy Director of Health Systems Finance to support their mission of reducing health care costs while improving access and quality of care for all Vermonters. This role involves leading the Health Systems Finance Team in financial oversight work relating to the budgets and reporting of Vermont's Community Hospitals and the Brattleboro Retreat.
Law Enforcement
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field AND two (2) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting
Bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, or related field AND six (6) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting
Eight (8) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with organizational change management
