Senior HR Business Partner, eCF, Stores Tech PXT
Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with the Business Data Technology organization within the eCommerce Foundation group. The role focuses on driving talent priorities to enhance employee experience, organizational health, and efficiency within the tech workforce while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities
Implements employee engagement strategies to foster an environment based on respect and values
Develops and executes a life-cycle approach to HR programs such as performance management, compensation cycles, and talent management by assessing organizational performance, defining talent gaps and proposing solutions in support of business objectives
Coaches and consults on organizational design and management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes
Streamlines and implements new processes to create speed, efficiency and agility within the organization
Lead change management efforts around culture and process evolution
Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention
Facilitates the consistent application, implementation and improvement of Human Resources programs
Partners with HRP team and business leaders to manage day-to-day employee relations issues, in line with local legislation
Collaborates with leaders to execute recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives and internal mobility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Knowledge of local labor law
Experience as a human resource generalist
Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources Management
Experience assessing management and executive talent
Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans
Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization
