Responsibilities

Lead system-level validation and integration of OISL test automation infrastructure

Drive requirements management and documentation for production test systems

Develop and maintain test strategies and validation protocols

Partner with hardware teams to define specifications and test limits

Support production operations through troubleshooting and yield improvement initiatives

Implement preventive maintenance plans and system health monitoring solutions

Lead investigations for complex technical issues requiring cross-functional coordination

Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance system reliability and performance

Provide technical leadership in design for testability (DFT) improvements

Support software release validation and regression testing in pre-production environments

Develop and maintain documentation for production support and knowledge transfer

Create and optimize test processes at contract manufacturers

Analyze system performance data to identify areas for optimization

Support on-call rotation for production escalations

Collaborate with Engineering teams on test coverage and architecture evolution

Travel to manufacturing sites as needed for technical support

Required

Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
