Franchise Business Consultant (FBC)
RSG Group is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support Master Franchise and Direct Franchise partners across Brazil and the U.S. The FBC will provide operational guidance, financial coaching, and training to drive performance while ensuring alignment with Gold's Gym global standards.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary operational liaison for Master Franchise and Direct Franchise owners, offering consultative support on day-to-day operations, financial performance, leadership development, and member experience
Build strong, collaborative relationships across culturally and linguistically diverse markets, ensuring business strategies align with Gold's Gym standards while adapting to local market needs
Conduct regular check-ins and annual in-person site visits with each franchise location in the assigned Brazil and U.S. territories
Provide guidance and resources to drive operational excellence and regional growth
Leverage KPI benchmarks, and digital platforms to monitor and support franchise performance
Develop and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions in Portuguese and English for franchisees and their teams, focusing on operational efficiency, member experience, and profitability
Facilitate webinars, learning sessions, and peer collaboration forums to promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing in the Brazil and assigned U.S. market
Lead onboarding programs for new franchisees and gym leaders, providing a strong foundation in Gold's Gym systems, standards, and growth strategies
Champion the rollout of corporate initiatives, tools, and new programs, ensuring cultural adaptation and consistent adoption across locations
Perform standardized gym evaluations, operational audits, and brand assessments
Ensure all Brazil and U.S. based locations remain compliant with system standards, brand guidelines, and operational policies
Review and interpret financial reports (P&Ls, balance sheets, KPIs) to identify trends and coach franchisees on strategies for profitability and operational improvement
Assist with strategic planning, forecasting, and staff planning tailored to the Brazil & U.S. based regions
Conduct annual market reviews and monitor competitive activity in each territory
Share benchmarking data, performance insights, and market intelligence with both franchisees and internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and development teams to align Brazil & U.S. field strategies with broader corporate objectives
Qualification
Required
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
3 to 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit fitness/hospitality management
Proven ability to lead both in-person and virtual training programs in multiple languages
Strong knowledge of fitness industry operations, financial drivers, and customer experience best practices
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with a high degree of cultural intelligence
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% or more across Brazil & U.S. based locations, including overnight travel and weekends when necessary
Preferred
Spanish is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Exercise Science, or a related field preferred
Basic knowledge of gym technology platforms is a plus
Passion for fitness, health, and wellness
Experience supporting international franchise or multi-unit business models, particularly in Brazil & the U.S
Strong presence and confidence when leading groups and delivering training in culturally diverse environments
High level of business acumen, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
Familiarity with Gold's Gym tools, systems, or service providers
