Responsibilities
Manage the development and execution of waste prevention and diversion programs
Work with diverse and senior stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and implement waste prevention and diversion frameworks into the business
Use analytical tools to evaluate program impact and available data
Own recommendations for sustainability-related solutions, including business cases to get buy-in from senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
Program management experience in sustainability or environmental initiatives
Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as SQL, Quick-sight
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience leading waste management, circular economy, or environmental programs
Knowledge of global environmental regulations and compliance requirements
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
Excellence in written and verbal communication
