Responsibilities
Work with a wide range of stakeholders across operational, technical, business, retail, and finance teams to drive overall selection, customer experience, and business performance
Focus on the Amazon Now selection strategy, building localized selection, owning vendor promotions and partnerships, improving pricing and in-stock, and implementing operational process improvements
Leverage their team to build and implement a multi-year roadmap of initiatives that enhance customer selection and drive the flywheel to accelerate growth
Impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally by operationalizing this exciting new service
Qualification
Required
10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred
Experience owning technology products
