Strategic Contract Analyst II

Responsibilities
Support continuous improvement and collaborate with our Legal Team to build joint value in the strength of the contracts we negotiate to ensure products and services are offered with the appropriate competitive terms and conditions
Evaluate and intepret the requirements and structure of each Contract type utilizing contract management software CLM to manage the entire contract lifecycle; request, negotiation, evaluation, drafting, execution, amendments, renewals and version control of various contract types across all of B Braun businesses
Analyze each contract arrangement for structure, compliance, obligations and identify areas of risk
Review and compare contract language, identify any non-standard provisions and redline as appropriate. Gather necessary approvals from business partners and legal team. Manage and create price, product, warrantyand facility exhibits. Maintain version control along with all approvals
Identify new products introduced on a quarterly basis. Validate contracted product categories and work with the pricing team to calculate price points and insure new product and pricing is amended and added to the National Group Purchasing agreements
Provide Contract support to Customers, Corporate Account Directors, National Account Directors, Sales Management and Legal Team as needed
Train third party representatives on all agreement related forms, procedures and processes. Prepare and distribute third party representative notifications to include New Notices, Change Notices and Separation Notices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years related experience required
Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, On-call hours as needed
