737 Quality Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities
Manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle
Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Able to travel to Everett 10% of the time
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience root cause analysis and corrective action
3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Able to travel to Everett 10% of the time
Preferred
5+ years of experience performing statistical analysis
5+ years of experience working with data visualization
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through a wide array of approaches
Experience with Engineering and Change Processes
Experience working closely with other engineering disciplines in an integrated team environment
