Responsibilities
Drive and execute a business development strategy focused on enterprise-level partnerships across financial markets and adjacent sectors
Cultivate relationships with financial institutions, SaaS providers, and corporate partners to accelerate adoption of Gateway.fm’s Web3 infrastructure solutions
Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnership deals aligned with company goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to position Gateway.fm in strategic enterprise markets
Serve as the primary liaison between enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and long-term success
Stay ahead of blockchain and infrastructure trends, and help translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8–10 years in business development or enterprise sales, with a focus on complex, high-value partnerships
Background in management consulting (Big 4 preferred), with experience advising or engaging enterprise clients
Strong network across financial markets and/or large enterprise ecosystems in North America or Europe
Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, Ethereum scaling solutions, and decentralized technologies
Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise engagements from opportunity to execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Early experience in SaaS implementation projects
Familiarity with Ethereum Layer 2 scaling roadmap, and relevant privacy and compliance technologies
Experience in a remote-first, distributed team environment
