They are seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support the Legal Department in managing daily workflows, coordinating with external entities, and handling various legal documentation related to renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Legal Department in carrying out their daily activities, scheduling and keeping track of deadlines and priorities
Liaising with external law firm, notaries and other professional entities in order to coordinate and mange invoices and P.O., monitor the workflow and facilitate various project-related processes, such as authorization procedures, legal verification of documents and filing
Drafting project-related reports, slides, relevant to carrying out legal verification of documents
Help managing and filing, legal documents, corporate books, for various companies of the Group and VDR
Arranging meetings, coordinating agendas, etc
Interacting with the other teams (Business Development team, Engineers, Accounting, etc.) on a daily basis in relation to the legal aspects or implications of the projects they manage
Drafting basic legal templates
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with managing invoicing process, corporate bookkeeping, legal documents, filing documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Self-motivated, multi-tasking and proactive person
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage P.O. and invoicing process
Experience in using MS package
Ability to perform basic review of documents
Flexibility and availability to learn new skills
