Responsibilities
Manage and support existing accounts including Asian grocery chains, distributors, and retail partners
Process and track sales orders, shipment schedules, and requisitions to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with customers regarding shipment status and discrepancies
Handle customer invoicing, shipment scheduling, and AR aging to ensure timely payments
Review and reconcile deductions, promotional claims, and trade spending
Support pricing calculations, margin analysis, and contract review
Organize and maintain documents (contracts, invoices, promotional agreements)
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
Support sales strategy development to expand product placements and improve channel performance
Prepare sales presentations and proposals for buyer meetings
Execute promotional programs and merchandising initiatives at HQ and store levels
Work with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to streamline operations
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence and share insights with management
Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports
Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
0–3 years of experience in sales, account management, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong understanding of supply chain and operational processes
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel for business (including overnight trips)
Valid driver's license
Fluent in English and Korean
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Food/Beverage industry preferred
