Prestige Staffing Services is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic to repair and maintain electric, diesel, and gasoline mobile equipment. This role involves troubleshooting various types of mobile equipment and performing preventative maintenance as designated.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Reads job orders and observe/listen to equipment to determine malfunction and plan work procedures
Troubleshoot all types of mobile equipment, including but not limited to: Skid-Steers, Forklifts, Loaders, Car Crushers, Balers, Street Sweepers, etc
Perform Preventative Maintenance as designated on mobile equipment
Examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on equipment

Qualification

Mobile mechanic experiencePreventative maintenanceTroubleshooting equipmentBasic math skillsAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or 3 years mobile mechanic experience
Basic math skills
Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail
