Responsibilities
Serve as a solutions consultant, translating objectives into clear operational requirements and proactively solving technical constraints to ensure successful implementation
Lead executive reviews to drive alignment on critical implementation decisions, and provide executive-level updates to ensure visibility and alignment
Drive alignment across cross-functional working groups (business development, finance, legal, product, engineer, operations, etc.) to define requirements and develop execution roadmap
Manage implementation roadmap by tracking execution progress, manage cross-functional dependencies, and escalate delays or roadblocks when needed, and identifying opportunities for system improvements to increase execution efficiency and reduce operational and payment risks
Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners in operations, product, engineering, business development, finance, legal, and YouTube business technology teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in a management consulting, strategy and operations or corporate strategy role
4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
Preferred
MBA degree
10 years of experience in a professional services, management consulting, investment banking or a corporate strategy role
Experience in the music and media industries
Experience using SQL or data analytics tools deliver insights and recommendations
