Responsibilities
Work With Management to Accomplish General & Preventative Maintenance
Work on Hydraulic & Pneumatic Equipment to Prevent & Address Any Issues
Clearly Communicate with Teammates & Management Regarding Issues & Concerns
Operate Shop Equipment Including Forklifts, Cranes, Electrical Tools & Pneumatic Tools
Troubleshoot Electrical Equipment on AC/DC Circuits & Motors
Assist With Packaging Equipment & Perform Equipment Assembly as Needed
Find Root Causes of Issues & Plan, Perform, Double Check & Act Accordingly to Resolve
Work With Teams to Perform Job Functions & Clearly Communicate to Deliver Quality Results
Follow All Safety & PPE Requirements
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required
1+ Years of Maintenance & Mechanical Experience
Lead Technician Must Have 5+ Years of Extensive Mechanical Experience
Must Possess a Valid Driver's License With a Clean Driving Record
Knowledge of Problem Solving Tools to Identify Countermeasures Implementation
Must Have Experience With Pneumatic System Operation & Maintenance
Must Have Mechanical Skills to Replace, Repair & or Adjust Mechanical Parts Including Valves, Pneumatics, Bearings, Gearboxes, Chains, Sprockets, Gaskets, Seals, Regulators & Couplings
Must be Able to Operate Shop Equipment Including Pallet Jack, Forklift, Pneumatic Tools, Electrical Tools & Crane
Occasionally Lift up to 50 Lbs
Demonstrate Electrical Skills For Troubleshooting Equipment Issues Utilizing Multimeters & Basic Understanding of Ladder Logic, Electrical Schematics & AC/DC Circuits/Motors, Input/Output Devices, Servos, VFD's, Wireless Remote Systems & Other Systems
Must be Able to Work Under Pressure With Logical Though Process
Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills
Must be Self Driven & Make Sound Business Decisions
Solid Computer Skills Required
Must be 18+ Years Old
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S
