Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, relationship-focused client service
Open and maintain personal and business accounts
Process routine banking transactions accurately and efficiently
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant banking products and services
Take loan applications and assist with booking approved loans
Maintain accurate client profiles and account documentation
Address client inquiries with professionalism and care
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in a client-facing financial services or similar role
NMLS registration (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong customer service mindset with a consultative sales approach
Ability to evaluate financial information and suggest appropriate solutions
Clear, confident communication and interpersonal skills
