Enterprise Sales Executive
Shoreline AI is dedicated to transforming the oil and gas industry with AI-driven insights for optimizing asset performance and operational efficiency. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive the adoption of these innovative solutions across the sector, collaborating with leadership and navigating complex sales cycles to enhance operational strategies for major energy companies.
Responsibilities
Leverage deep knowledge of oilfield operations, upstream, midstream infrastructure, downstream, rotating and non-rotating equipment, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven asset monitoring to drive Shoreline AI’s adoption
Partner with Shoreline AI’s product, and engineering teams to refine strategies based on industry trends and customer feedback
Guide the team through multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging VP and C-level executives in production, maintenance, and digital transformation
Provide data-driven sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline metrics to leadership
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric team environment
Open to traveling 30% of the time to key oil and gas hubs, customer sites, and industry events
Qualification
Required
3-7 + years selling to oil and gas companies
Experience in selling digital products AI/IoT related to operational technology
Experience with complex deals ($200K+), multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6+ months), and value-based selling
Basic understanding of oilfield operations, midstream infrastructure, refining, asset integrity, and predictive analytics
Worked with energy companies/EPC firms/Industrial services providers
Expertise in team selling, multi-stakeholder engagement, account-based selling (ABM/ABS), and Account Planning
Ability to navigate corporate procurement, regulatory compliance, and risk management considerations
Ability to engage with Maintenance/Reliability Supervisors, Managers, VPs and Digital Transformation teams at oil and gas companies
Building long-term customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally
