Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner
Register and pre-register patients by accurately entering demographic and insurance information
Verify patient identification and coverage details
Use medical terminology appropriately during registration and documentation
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend
