Represent clients in custody and financial disputes, with a focus on settlement strategies
Handle discovery, financial due diligence, net worth statements, depositions, and motion practice
Draft motions, settlement agreements, pleadings, and trial documents
Collaborate with forensic accountants and financial experts
Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and court appearances
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York
Proven background in matrimonial law with both settlement and litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
Preferred
3+ years of matrimonial law experience (10+ years preferred)
Familiarity with Clio, NetDocuments, Word, Excel, Dropbox or similar tools a plus
