8+ years expConfidential Careers is a global stablecoin issuer preparing to launch their own USD-denominated stablecoin. This role is responsible for taking the stablecoin to market and driving adoption across institutional payments, enterprise use cases, and Web3 ecosystems.

Responsibilities
Own the commercial rollout of the USD stablecoin
Drive adoption across:
Enterprise / B2B payments
Cross-border settlement
Treasury & liquidity use cases
Web3 / DeFi integrations (as applicable)
Define priority use cases and target partners by region and industry
Build and manage senior-level partnerships with:
Payment companies & PSPs
Banks, trust companies, custodians
Exchanges, wallets, on/off-ramps
DeFi protocols, infra providers, and ecosystems
Structure and negotiate:
Distribution partnerships
Issuance / settlement collaborations
Liquidity and ecosystem incentives
Work closely with product, compliance, and operations to ensure partnerships are executable
Translate market and partner feedback into:
Product roadmap inputs
Pricing & commercial models
Partnership frameworks
Help define early revenue models and growth metrics
Act as the BD / Partnerships owner for the stablecoin business
Build and scale the BD / partnerships function over time
Represent the company externally with partners, institutions, and ecosystem leaders
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Commercial roles
Direct experience in at least one of the leading Stablecoin issuers
Proven track record building institutional or Web3/Defi ecosystem partnerships
Strong understanding of Stablecoin mechanics & issuance models
Strong understanding of Institutional adoption drivers (compliance, settlement, liquidity)
Comfortable operating as a 0→1 owner, not just an execution role
Preferred
Experience working with Enterprises, financial institutions, or large Web3 ecosystems
Prior exposure to USD-backed stablecoins
Regulated financial or crypto environments
Existing network across payments, crypto, or Web3 infrastructure
