Graphic Designer (Office-Creative/Design)
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Graphic Designer to create layouts and designs for various media. The role involves collaborating with creative team members and ensuring quality in design deliverables.

Responsibilities
Graphic designers create layouts and designs for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral and other published materials in print and online
They are responsible for selecting and arranging artwork, creating illustrations, choosing colors and influencing the concept for the design
They also conduct press checks
Ensures the quality and consistency in UI design deliverables, which can include mockups and clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for development handoff, simple animations, and anything else the product team might need
Able to interpret brand guidelines into digital UI for their product
Collaborates closely with Product Designer (UX) partner in wireframe and design decision handoff, as well as with the software engineers on their team, focusing on smoothly handing off assets for development and facilitating UI reviews of the live code
Has the opportunity to improve leadership through team process initiatives, lead communication with stakeholders, and establish UI design practices
Graphic designers create visual content for print and digital media
They design layouts, images, and illustrations for advertisements, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
Creativity and artistic skills
Knowledge of design principles and typography
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong communication skills
Intermediate skills in UI design
Mid-level knowledge of UI design principles
Some experience in design delivery and UI research
Ability to interpret brand guidelines into digital UI
Mid-level knowledge of UI research, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility
Collaboration skills with Product Designer (UX) partner and software engineers
Ability to improve leadership through team process initiatives
Ability to lead communication with stakeholders
Establish UI design practices
Ability to create visual content for print and digital media
Ability to design layouts, images, and illustrations for advertisements, websites, brochures, and other marketing materials
