Responsibilities
Take responsibility for developing and converting a pipeline of US‑based institutional customers, owning conversations from first contact through to signed agreements
Develop a practical approach to working target accounts, shaping how the business approaches institutional buyers in the region
Lead commercial discussions with senior stakeholders across security, risk, compliance, operations, and leadership teams
Build credibility in technically complex sales conversations, translating risk‑focused problems into clear commercial outcomes
Establish strong feedback loops between customers and internal product teams to ensure market needs are well understood
Contribute to early sales foundations such as positioning, qualification criteria, and deal strategy, helping set standards others will later build on
Qualification
Required
Experience selling complex B2B solutions in enterprise, infrastructure, fintech, or security‑led environments
Demonstrated exposure to institutional customers, ideally within digital assets or adjacent regulated industries
Comfortable navigating longer, multi‑stakeholder buying processes where trust and risk mitigation matter
Self‑directed and outcome‑driven, with the confidence to operate without heavy process or hierarchy
Able to balance commercial urgency with thoughtful, consultative engagement
Based in or commutable to New York City, and happy to travel where necessary
