4+ years expTrapolin-Peer Architects (TPA) is seeking an Architect I–II or Architectural Designer to join their New Orleans studio. This role is suitable for an early- to mid-career architect ready to take on meaningful responsibility and contribute to design thinking while being involved in active projects.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with principals, project architects, and project managers across all project phases
Take ownership of defined portions of projects, appropriate to experience and performance
Develop and document design ideas through drawing, modeling, and Revit-based production with attention to design intent and constructability
Participate in consultant coordination and integrated design
Support construction administration, including document revisions and field responses
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of professional experience in an architecture firm (approximate range; judgment and capability matter more than exact years)
Professional degree in Architecture (NAAB-accredited Bachelor's or Master's)
Strong design sensibility paired with a solid technical foundation
Proficiency in Revit and comfort working between 2D documentation and 3D design tools
Able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance; thoughtful, collaborative, and communicative
Preferred
Licensure preferred but not required
