ChenMed is a unique primary care provider that is rapidly expanding and seeks innovative individuals to join their team. The Community Paramedic will work closely with a virtual care team to provide in-home health care services and urgent clinical interventions to patients.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the after-hours Dedicated virtual care team providers and nurses to deliver a full scope of in-home health care services to patients
Provide a wide range of urgent and acute clinical interventions to patients in their homes to stabilize them
Be deployed to patient homes, traveling to patient's homes in the Greater Richmond area at the direction of our providers on our 24-hour telehealth care team
