Identify and engage private parties looking to sell their vehicle
Set appointments with potential customers to visit the dealership for an appraisal
Communicate clearly on the phone and in person with customers looking to sell their vehicle
Think critically and overcome objections
Diligently follow up with clients
Sell vehicles as well as purchase
Maintain a fun and positive attitude
Qualification
Required
Sales/retail experience
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Preferred
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
