Responsibilities

Design, implement, and assess student programs, recreation opportunities, and community events that align with MHSs strategic goals, while fostering meaningful connection, character development, leadership growth, service learning, and nurturing a strong sense of belonging
Partner with scholastic, residential, and support staff to ensure seamless integration of student programs and community events across all areas of campus life
Champion a healthy student/adult culture that promotes emotional, social, and physical development, empowering students to set goals, overcome challenges, and contribute meaningfully to the school community
Lead and develop seasonal staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
Utilize data and feedback to refine programming, ensuring relevance and impact. Engage in ongoing professional development focused on collaborative leadership and youth development

Required

Bachelors degree required (Education, Recreation Development, Behavioral/Social Science preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in youth programming, community engagement, or leadership development
Valid drivers license with clean record; ability to drive 9-passenger vans
CPR/First Aid certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience leading teams and managing programming logistics
