Retail Merchandiser

They are seeking a junior candidate to assist primarily with training in-store staff on product and brand knowledge and supporting the marketing manager with in-store visual refresh processes in the Americas.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging in-store training sessions on brand values, products, and key selling points
Adapt training content to different store teams depending on the needs
Maintain strong relationships with store teams and store management
Support in-store visual refreshes according to brand and campaign guidelines
Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
Make sure all stores have the most updated brand visuals and keep our database updated
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English and Spanish is essential
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
Capacity to quickly learn and confidently present brand and product information
Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles
Good time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Portuguese is a plus
