Information Technology
Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop individualized, evidence‐based pain management plans
Perform interventional pain procedures within scope of training
Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, behavioral health, and rehabilitation teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Educate patients and families on treatment options, expectations, and outcomes
Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualification
Required
MD or DO
Completion of an ACGME‐accredited Pain Management fellowship
Board‐Certified or Board‐Eligible in Pain Medicine
Active Oregon medical license or ability to obtain
DEA certification or ability to obtain
Strong commitment to patient‐centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
