Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Northeast (Remote)

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale and reselling partners, generating new business, and providing customer support throughout the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and reselling partners as a trusted advisor
Serve as a key contact for pre-sales and post-sales support throughout the Northeast region
Generate new business with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth
Provide excellent customer communication, follow-up, and support
Collaborate with the sales team to expand market share and increase overall territory revenue
Travel required: 50% – 75%

Required

BS/BA degree or relevant work experience
Minimum 5 years of sales and/or account management experience in the gate, smart home, security, or access control industry
Proven experience building and managing strong relationships with wholesale and reselling partners
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key partners at all levels of an organization
Strong track record of delivering customer-focused solutions
Persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Positive outlook, strong internal drive, and proactive work style
Enthusiasm for technology
