Responsibilities
Leading data governance, analytics, and process excellence across key commercial and operational domains
Partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver trusted insights, scalable reporting solutions, and standardized processes that support business performance, compliance, and strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or related commercial support roles
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools including Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Salesforce.com
Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Experience developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills and ability to present complex data to senior leadership
Experience working in collaborative organizations and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
