Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of CTE products, programs, and curriculum, from concept and design through launch and continuous improvement
Build new CTE pathways, courses, and credentials aligned with industry demand, employer needs, and labor market data
Own the CTE product roadmap, including prioritization, iteration, and scaling across platforms, schools, or districts
Translate strategic vision into tangible, launch-ready learning products
Oversee curriculum design to ensure rigor, relevance, and alignment with CTE standards and workforce competencies
Partner with instructional designers, SMEs, and industry advisors to develop skills-based, outcome-driven curriculum
Ensure curriculum is adaptable, scalable, and continuously improved based on feedback and performance data
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, partnerships, and sales teams to support successful launches and adoption
Work with employer partners and advisory boards to validate program relevance and effectiveness
Support go-to-market efforts by aligning program design with user and customer needs
Define and execute CTE strategy with a strong focus on student outcomes, engagement, and employability
Use data and user feedback to guide product decisions, enhancements, and scaling efforts
Ensure programs meet quality benchmarks, compliance requirements, and organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Workforce Development, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Proven experience building and launching education products, programs, or curricula from scratch, with ownership of the full development lifecycle
Strong background in CTE, workforce development, or career-aligned education
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a product-driven environment
Experience aligning curriculum to employer needs, credentials, and real-world skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in EdTech or digital learning platforms
Familiarity with credentialing frameworks, certifications, or industry partnerships
Experience scaling programs across multiple regions, institutions, or platforms
Data-driven mindset with experience using outcomes to guide product decisions
