Responsibilities
Reviews and negotiates vendor, supplier, and customer agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerance
Leads the legal support for the procurement, negotiation, and management of a wide range of contracts
Supports litigation efforts by gathering evidence, drafting legal arguments, and liaising with external counsel
Leads investigations into regulatory violations, ethical concerns, and compliance breaches
Monitors legal developments and provides review and strategic advice to attorneys to position the company for potential appeals involving such developments
Supports corporate governance initiatives, including compliance with fiduciary obligations
Identifies potential legal risks and works with leadership to take cost-effective measures to mitigate or resolve these risks
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
