New Grad, Entry LevelFoxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires identifying defects, documenting inspection results, and collaborating with production and quality teams to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities
Inspectors must work as members of a team and cooperate positively with colleagues and supervisors in order to achieve company goals
Inspectors must apply the manufacturing standards prescribed by each customer or the standards used by the company
Deviation from these standards is not permitted, except with written authorization from the Quality Assurance Manager
All employees must wear appropriate protective clothing e.g. ESD (electrostatic discharge) garments in the designated work area
Inspectors are responsible for promptly reporting any problems or questions to their immediate supervisor in order to prevent unnecessary downtime, safety hazards, or quality risks that could affect the customer
Inspectors must demonstrate a positive and cooperative attitude at all levels within the company, working as part of the collective toward the overall success of the business
Inspectors are regularly evaluated in the following categories: Punctuality, Attendance, Quality, Performance, and Teamwork
These evaluations form the basis of the employees’ annual performance reviews, which determine possible promotions and play a key role in training, education, and career development
Inspectors must recognize their role in ensuring customer satisfaction whether internal or external customers and act to provide the best possible product quality, services, and communication
Inspectors should have a basic understanding of the company’s environmental policy and of ISO 14001 in general and must be familiar with and practice selective waste collection
Qualification
Required
Inspectors must possess at least a secondary school education or higher qualification, preferably with prior experience in inspection or work involving microscopes
Inspectors must have a clean criminal record (certificate of good conduct required)
Inspectors must demonstrate a pleasant, positive manner and behave in a professional and acceptable way
Inspectors must have an analytical, systematic, and logical way of thinking
Inspectors must be physically fit for the job and flexible, enabling them to work in various areas as required by their supervisors

Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely

Preferred
English language skills (basic knowledge is an advantage)
