Information Technology
Responsibilities
Conduct routine check-ups, physical exams, and screenings
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMR systems
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of a Family Medicine residency program
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
Valid Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
