Senior Strategic Account Manager – Pharmaceutical & Production Technology

Responsibilities

Lead and grow major accounts, including global customers across diverse cultures
Drive best practices and harmonized strategies across multinational customer sites
Increase account profitability through strategic pricing and value-based selling
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities
Develop and deliver compelling proposals that articulate Avantor’s value proposition
Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Partner with sales leadership to build strategic territory plans aligned with growth goals
Strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Expand Avantor’s footprint within existing accounts through proactive retention and growth strategies
Collaborate with manufacturer partners to enhance product knowledge, secure favorable pricing, and improve account performance
Execute company-defined sales and marketing strategies across a vast product portfolio

Required
