New Grad, Entry LevelAirbus Operations GmbH is looking for a highly motivated graduate to join their Daily Repair Team as a Volunteer for International Experience. The role involves supporting operational coordination of customer inquiries and improving planning processes within the airframe repair business.

Responsibilities
You will be actively contributing to the operational coordination of the customer inquiries, making sure that they are delivered on Time and Quality
You will be one of the focal point for communication with our internal customer to agree on target dates and provide them a realistic view of our capacity and capability
You will get to know the airframe repair business, specifically focusing on balanced distribution of the workload within the team and different engineering centers
You will monitor the resource and workload situation on a daily and weekly basis, and contribute to a robust planning, including improvement of the planning process (ex: automatization)
You will lead interesting initiatives or projects along the way focusing always on customer and in-service operations
Qualification
Required
Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (Engineer or Business degree)
Good knowledge of programming tools (VBA, Python, SQL or equivalent) or experience in data analysis
Project management experience (apprenticeships and internships included)
Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development
