Travel Sales Consultant

EF Go Ahead Tours is a company that has been guiding adult travelers across the globe for over 30 years. They are seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies while making outbound sales calls to potential travelers and maintaining relationships with past customers.

Responsibilities

Independently manage your book of business while simultaneously bringing in new business
Maintain and practice high outreach, follow-up phone conversations
Average 100+ calls and 3 hours of phone time per day
Utilize consultative selling techniques to prospect and initiate product interest
Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
Develop an integrated sales strategy to accomplish your goals
Weekend Work: 1-2 days/month - Take a weekday off when you work a weekend day
Late Shift Work: 1-2 days/month - Late shifts will be from 11:30 am - 8 pm MT

Required

Strong verbal communication and influencing skills (must be able to connect with a diverse range of individuals via telephone)
Naturally strong sales instincts: you can recognize and capitalize on buying signals that customers display
Driven and competitive mindset that has you intrinsically motivated to hit goals
Demonstrates personal accountability, self-awareness, and student mentality
Adept in problem-solving skills
Ability to independently plan, organize and prioritize work while collaborating with a team
You are flexible, with the ability to pivot quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience or a 4-year degree
