Responsibilities
You manage and coordinate technical data authoring activities, including the definition and validation of the manual content is part of your job
You manage and answer customer queries providing prompt and efficient support to the customer is one of your responsibilities
You proactively identify, mitigate and follow up blocking points as well as you constantly assess your manual content in terms of quality assurance
You act as an interface between technical data, the airline customers and all the other Airbus internal contributors (Design Office, Programs, Delivery Center, other Customer Services units, etc.)
You participate in internal, external and transnational projects to improve our products and our processes
Qualification
Required
Educated Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or similar or a completed technical apprenticeship (e.g. in aviation sector) with appropriate further training/education
English at B2 level is required
Willingness to undertake irregular business travel within Europe
Preferred
Previous experience working in direct contact with the customer and with tight deadlines is a plus
Experience in Data analytics, programming tools (e.g. Python), 3D tools (e.g. CATIA, 3D Juump) is a plus
Experience in Project Management is a plus
German at a minimum level of A2/B1 is preferred
Analytical thinking and structured working methods are very important for you

You are a good team player and teamwork is very important for you
