Accounting Intern

The Accounting Intern position provides exposure to financial management and basic accounting procedures, with responsibilities including assisting in financial statement preparation and working closely with various departments.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
Work closely with rental branches and other departments
Assist accounting managers with reports, etc
Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
Assist in accounting schedules & filing
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be a full-time college Senior student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance specifically graduating by December 2026
The internship will require a commitment to work 30-40 hours per week for 12 weeks starting May 18th
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents within 3 years
No drug or alcohol related incidents within 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
Preferred
Experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred
