Senior Vice President of Sales
Confidential company is a high-volume, low AOV organization seeking a strategic leader to optimize sales motions. The role involves shaping and executing the global sales strategy while overseeing a global team of sales professionals and partner managers to ensure consistent growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified global sales strategy across our direct and channel-led sales motions that align with growth and profitability goals
Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of sales professionals across regions and segments (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise)
Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance grounded in data, transparency, and continuous improvement
Own the global New Customer ARR target, driving consistent quarter-on-quarter growth across all sales motions
Establish scalable, repeatable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and operating rhythms to improve predictability and efficiency
Refine segmentation, territories, comp plans, and pipeline management for optimal performance
Leverage data-driven insights to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles across segments
Partner closely with Marketing to ensure full-funnel alignment and maximise the impact of inbound and outbound pipeline generation
Attract, develop, and retain world-class sales and channel talent across global markets
Build clear career pathways, enablement programs, and performance frameworks that foster growth and accountability
Create an inclusive, high-performance culture that celebrates collaboration, transparency, and results
Qualification
Required
Proven success leading global sales in high-growth, high-velocity B2B SaaS environments
Deep understanding of multi-motion go-to-market models (PLG-assisted, direct, and channel)
Demonstrated ability to scale from SMB to enterprise, with strong operational discipline and forecasting accuracy
Experience driving global expansion and building scalable, data-driven sales processes across regions
Commercially sharp and analytically minded; comfortable in the details while maintaining a strategic altitude
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and align cross-functional stakeholders
Hands-on, outcomes-driven mindset: you measure success by pipeline growth, conversion, and predictable ARR delivery
