Responsibilities
Work closely with initiative owners to support implementation activities and follow-through between established strategy check-ins
Support initiative progression from planning into execution by coordinating updates, timelines, and readiness
Track initiative status, dependencies, and risks, and follow up with initiative owners to support steady momentum
Prepare summaries, materials, and updates to support leadership check-ins and ongoing strategy discussions
Maintain and update strategy implementation tools, including initiative trackers, dashboards, charters, timelines, and action logs
Document outcomes, decisions, and action items from strategy implementation discussions and support clear communication across stakeholders
Surface cross-initiative considerations to inform leadership discussion and alignment
Recommend and support refinements to coordination approaches and tools to strengthen strategy implementation over time
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience for Strategy Implementation Specialist, II
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience for Strategy Implementation Specialist, III
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience
